Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the website of Anti hair salon, ask for an appointment, become a member, or buy at the salon. The salon is run by Phayong Phanpitak, trading as Anti hair salon アンティ. Questions: contact@antihairsalon.com, or ask at the salon.
Appointments
A request made on the website or in LINE is a request, not a booking. Nothing is booked until the salon confirms it, by telephone or by LINE. The salon may decline a request.
The salon may ask for a deposit to confirm an appointment, and says how much and how to pay when it does. A deposit paid is taken off what you pay on the day. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact the salon as early as you can; what happens to a deposit when an appointment is cancelled is agreed with the salon.
Prices
Prices on the website are a guide. Some services are priced from a figure or within a range, because the price depends on the hair. The price you pay is the one on your receipt.
Paying
The salon takes cash, bank transfer and PromptPay. A receipt is issued for each sale. A PromptPay code shown at the salon is made for the amount due; check the amount in your banking app before you pay.
Membership
Membership is free, and a visit is paid for with or without one. It is made at the counter, when you pay for a visit, and cannot be made online, in LINE or by signing in with LINE. A member has a member code, shown on receipts and on the membership card, and signs in to the membership page with their telephone number and password, or on their own phone with a six-digit PIN they gave that phone. Keep your password and PIN to yourself, and forget a phone you no longer use. A forgotten password is set again at the salon, in person. One membership has one telephone number. A member can link their LINE account from the membership's settings, while signed in, so that the card opens inside LINE.
Points
Points are earned on what a member pays at the salon, under rules the salon sets and may change; a member's balance is shown on the membership page. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and can be used only when and as the salon offers.
Packages
A package is a number of visits or an amount of credit paid for in advance and used at the salon. What is left of it is shown on the membership page, and any date by which it must be used is stated when it is sold.
The website
The salon keeps the website's information as accurate as it can, and opening hours and prices may change. Personal data is handled as the privacy notice describes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
